Twitter User Predicted Superman AND Lois Lane Casting 3 Years Ago
Fans of the DC Extended Universe have started casting for the leads of Superman and Lois Lane in the film Superman Legacy.
The next famous actors to play the comic book couple are David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan.
A Twitter user predicted both casts in 2020,
years before James Gunn's DCU was even a plot, and the internet has gone crazy ever since.
One Twitter user, @KunaliB, even went so far as to guess the actors that will play the main roles in the upcoming DCU film.
Since James Gunn and Peter Safran's DCU plans weren't going to be implemented for a while,
the prophecy had nothing to do with Superman: Legacy.
Instead, fans were casting for what would become known as Zack Snyder's reboot of the Superman franchise,
which they hoped would take place in the same continuity as Matt Reeves' The Batman.
