Spider-Man Franchise to Have 2 More Movies After 'No Way Home'
During the red carpet premiere event for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,
Sony Pictures executive Amy Pascal told Variety that
the studio is developing both a live-action Miles Morales movie and an animated Spider-Woman movie.
Avi Arad, the film's producer,
has also promised that a film starring Spider-Woman will be released "sooner than you expect."
Possibly stemming from Across the Spider-Verse,
Sony's animated Spider-Woman film might feature Hailee Steinfeld's Gwen Stacy, Issa Rae's Jessica Drew, or both.
There have been whispers that Sony has the rights to a live-action film adaptation of Miles Morales,
and that the company is considering developing a film about Miles that would take place in a different world from the Venom films.
