One Life to Live star Andrea Evans dies at 66

After a long fight with breast cancer, One Life to Live star Andrea Evans passed away at the age of 66.

The actress, who played Tina Lord, a troubled adolescent on the ABC drama, died in her California home.

Nick Leicht, her manager, called her "an absolute joy to work with" and gushed over her talent.

Evans's ex-manager Don Carroll said that

her best days were the ones she spent in Disneyland with her daughter Kylie,

where they both sported a lack of makeup, pigtails, and ball caps. Melissa Archer,

among others, took to Facebook to express her sorrow at the news of the star's death.

Frank Valentini, executive producer of General Hospital,

tweeted his condolences.

Evans played Rebecca Hotchkiss on the US serial opera 'Passions' from 2000 to 2007,

and her former co-star Eric Martsolf has since mourned her passing.
