After a year of dating, Kat Graham, star of The Vampire Diaries, and Darren Genet,
the show's producer, have called off their engagement.
The couple had been dating for six years at that point, having met in 2017.
A few months ago, though, the pair broke off their engagement and announced it on Instagram Stories.
After dating for four years, in December 2021, the couple made their red carpet debut.
In December, Kat gave the Muse director a peak into her Christmas celebration and wished her the best.
During his birthday trip to Mexico in May 2022, Darren proposed to the actress.
Her attention is now on her future endeavors,
and she is pleased to announce the publication of her first book,
"The Seasons of You," which she writes in the hope that
it would inspire readers to learn more about themselves and
develop a more compassionate and forgiving outlook.
