Elon Musk Seems Afraid of the New Micro Blogging App
Elon Musk has been critical of Mark Zuckerberg's debut of Threads on Twitter,
calling it "amateurish" and pushing Zuckerberg to additional competition while pointing out Twitter's superiority.
Zuckerberg has made a point to distinguish between the two services,
saying that he intends for Threads to be a more "friendly" environment than Twitter.
Musk, on the other hand, thinks Zuckerberg's warmth is "false,"
and he much rather uses Twitter to find a more reasonable middle ground.
He lauded the app's humorous potential but cautioned users to exercise caution due to the presence of offensive material.
Musk also praised a new Twitter feature that allows users to share media longer than 140 characters,
including films up to five minutes in length.
